I wanted to share my recent experience with Lancaster Total Dentistry in Lancaster, between Ave L & M, which a friend recommended to me.
From my initial call to schedule my new patient exam, Claudia was very professional and friendly, and I appreciated that she was able to book my appointment for the same week.
I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the office. Carol handled my paperwork with care and made me feel very welcome. My dental assistant, Gisselle, was professional and gentle, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
I must say, Alina, my hygienist, provided the best cleaning I have ever had. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and gave me helpful at-home care suggestions, showing genuine concern for my dental health. I definitely intend to continue seeing her for my hygiene appointments. I also love Dr. Gibbs! She is amazing, personable, and listens to my needs. I didn't feel like she was recommending treatment that I didn't need.
I would also like to thank Kelly for being so caring and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Kelly is so pleasant and helpful, and she always brings a smile to my face.
I will be recommending my friends, family and anyone who is looking for a forever dentist office.

This is one of the best dentist offices I’ve ever been to. They are very experienced and highly knowledgeable. Donna is excellent at the front counter, and Erin is phenomenal. I met Dr. Gibbs for the first time today. She is very welcoming and great at what she does. It was a great experience overall.

As a retired veteran, I had the opportunity to be seen a few times a year at well funded dental clinics. This clinic isn’t one of those well funded places with next gen dental equipment. However, this place is run by expert, compassionate professionals, good at their jobs, neat and tidy, who keep the spaces throughout very clean and inviting. The tech is very quick and thorough. I was seen by a confident, knowledgeable dentist (new to the location) who was able to quickly help me understand my situation. I was in and out in less than an hour, met on time as well. I am very happy with this office, and am sure you will be too.

I just got home after my first visit with Dr. E. He took over the dentistry office of Dr. George in Lancaster. A favorite of mine for many years. I was wondering if I would be just as happy… And after meeting him, and my first exam I knew he would be my dentist for all the years to follow! He’s gentle, kind, considerate, intelligent, and cares about your ongoing treatment. The staff he brought over is also wonderful, along with my regular terrific staff of Dr. George’s, it’s a win! What an amazing visit to the dentist! From the front office to the back office, Delia, Donna, Kathi, Mackenzie, Erin, Dr. E Christy, Tiffany...they are ALL amazing. I've been going here for a couple of years and the service is wonderful. Staff are friendly, professional, understanding, and kind. Alina, a hygienist, is great and my teeth and gums feel so good afterwards. She takes her time to explain what she's doing and how best to care for my teeth and gums.

I had a visit to Lancaster Total Dentistry and it was the best dental visit! I came in a little hesitant to start my dental treatment but after speaking to Carol about my dental options I decided to stay and start my crown and see the hygienist right after! 2nd time I have been here they were On time with my appointment with no waiting, they have kind and courteous staff provided great detail in my dental cleaning and X-rays to ensure there was nothing immediately needed no pressure to do any additional work and very informative on potential future issues Adrianne My dental hygienist took the best care of my teeth cleaning, and was meticulous with the cleaning and polishing and did so with no pain. Yea!! Love this place, and doctor Houman Ebrahimi followed up after the cleaning and was also very Helpful and informative and put some of my teeth on a wait and see where other dentist in the past pushed crowns and other unnecessary dental work highly recommend total Dentistry for cleaning and dental work.
